Return and Refund Policy

All tattoo appointment deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are used to secure your appointment and reserve time for your design and tattoo session.

You may reschedule your appointment once if you contact us at least 3–5 days before your appointment date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Deposits may be forfeited if you:

• Cancel your appointment
• Do not attend your appointment
• Arrive more than 30 minutes late and the appointment cannot continue
• Request a reschedule too close to the appointment date
• Request more than one reschedule

Once a tattoo session has started or has been completed, payments are non-refundable.

Payments for custom tattoo design services are non-refundable once the design process has started.

Digital tattoo designs and downloadable products are non-refundable once the files have been delivered or made available for download.

If you receive the wrong digital file or experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact Villatatt so we can assist you.

If Villatatt needs to cancel your appointment and we are unable to offer a suitable alternative date, we may offer a transfer of your deposit or a refund where appropriate.

By completing a payment or deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
