Booking & Appointments
How do I book a tattoo appointment?
You can book your appointment by contacting us via LINE, Instagram DM, or email. Please include your tattoo idea, preferred size, placement, reference images, and your preferred appointment date.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and begin the design process. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your appointment once if you notify us within the required notice period.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. One reschedule is allowed with at least 3–5 days’ notice. If you reschedule too late, miss your appointment, or do not show up, your deposit may be forfeited.
What happens if I am late?
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on the schedule that day.
Tattoo Pricing & Design
How much does a tattoo cost?
Tattoo prices depend on the size, placement, level of detail, color, and complexity of the design. Please send us your idea and preferred size for an accurate quote.
What is the minimum tattoo price?
Our tattoo prices start from 2,500 THB. Final pricing may vary depending on the design, placement, and details.
Can I bring my own tattoo idea or reference?
Yes. You can send us your idea, inspiration, reference images, or even a rough sketch. We will use them as inspiration to create a design that fits your body and our artistic style.
Can you create a custom tattoo design for me?
Yes. Custom designs are available and are created individually based on your concept, placement, size, and references.
Can I request revisions to my design?
Yes. A limited number of revisions are included depending on your booking or design package. Additional revisions may have an extra fee.
Do you copy other tattoo artists’ designs?
No. We do not directly copy another artist’s work. Reference images can be used for inspiration, but your final tattoo will be created as an original design.
Studio & Appointment Day
Where is the studio located?
Villatatt is a private appointment-only tattoo studio in Bangkok, Thailand. Full location details will be provided once your appointment is confirmed.
Can I bring someone with me?
You may bring one female companion with you to your appointment. As the studio is private and space is limited, please avoid bringing additional guests.
How should I prepare before my tattoo appointment?
Please get enough rest, eat a proper meal before your appointment, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol before your session. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area.
Do you provide tattoo aftercare?
Yes. After your appointment, you will receive aftercare instructions. Waterproof second skin and aftercare ointment are also provided when appropriate.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods will be confirmed during the booking process. Please send your payment confirmation or transfer slip after completing your payment.
When is my appointment officially confirmed?
Your appointment is officially confirmed after we have received your required deposit and booking information.
Digital Tattoo Designs
Can I purchase a tattoo design without booking a tattoo appointment?
Yes. Digital tattoo designs are available for clients worldwide. You can purchase a custom design even if you are unable to visit the studio in Bangkok.
What will I receive when I purchase a digital tattoo design?
Depending on the package, you will receive high-resolution design files and clean linework suitable for use as a tattoo reference.
Can I resell or use the design commercially?
No. Standard tattoo design purchases are for personal use only. You may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, or use the artwork commercially without permission.
Can my tattoo artist use the digital design?
Yes. You may provide the purchased design to your tattoo artist for the purpose of tattooing the design on you. The artwork itself may not be resold or reused commercially.
International Clients
Do you accept international clients?
Yes. International clients are very welcome. You can contact us before travelling to Bangkok to discuss your design, pricing, and available appointment dates.
Should I book before arriving in Bangkok?
Yes, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially if you have limited travel dates, as appointment availability may be limited.
