Digital Products

Digital tattoo designs are not physically shipped.

After your order is completed, your files will be delivered digitally through the method stated on the product page or order confirmation.

Please make sure the email address provided at checkout is correct.

Custom Designs

Custom tattoo designs are created specifically for you and delivered digitally once the artwork is completed.

The delivery timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the current design queue.

Please refer to the Custom Design page for the current processing timeframe.

Instant Download Designs

Products marked as Instant Download will be available digitally after your purchase is completed.

No physical package will be sent.

Delivery Issues

If you have not received your digital files, received the wrong file, or experience any problem accessing your order, please contact Villatatt with your order details so we can assist you.

Physical Products

If physical products become available in the future, shipping times, delivery methods, and applicable shipping fees will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before checkout.
