Refund Policy

At Villatatt, all bookings and design services require time, preparation, and creative work. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

Tattoo Appointment Deposits

All tattoo appointment deposits are non-refundable.

Your deposit secures your appointment date and allows us to begin preparing your design and booking time specifically for you.

Once the deposit has been paid, it cannot be refunded if you:

  • Change your mind
  • Cancel your appointment
  • Do not attend your appointment
  • Arrive too late for the appointment to continue
  • Fail to provide the required notice for rescheduling

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your tattoo appointment once if you contact us at least 3–5 days before your appointment date.

If you request another reschedule, reschedule too close to the appointment date, or fail to attend your new appointment, a new deposit may be required.

Rescheduling is subject to artist availability.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on the artist’s schedule.

In this situation, your deposit may not be refundable or transferable.

Tattoo Service Refunds

Once a tattoo session has started or the tattoo has been completed, payments for tattoo services are non-refundable.

Results may naturally vary depending on skin type, healing, aftercare, placement, lifestyle, and individual healing response.

Please follow all aftercare instructions carefully.

Custom Design Services

Payments made for custom tattoo design work are non-refundable once the design process has started.

This is because time is reserved specifically for your project and creative work may already have begun.

A limited number of revisions may be included depending on your package. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.

Digital Tattoo Designs

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of digital tattoo designs are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or made available to the customer.

Please review the design details carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive the wrong file or experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, please contact us so we can assist you.

Flash Designs

Payments for reserved or purchased flash designs are non-refundable once the design has been reserved, delivered, or removed from availability for other customers.

Exceptions

If Villatatt needs to cancel an appointment and we are unable to offer a suitable alternative date, we will discuss the available options with you, which may include transferring your deposit or issuing a refund where appropriate.
