How do I book a tattoo appointment?

You can book your tattoo appointment directly through this website. Choose your preferred available date and time, then complete the required booking payment to reserve your slot.

After booking, please use the website chat to send your order number, tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, and reference images.

Where do I send my tattoo idea after booking?

After booking your appointment, simply click the chat icon on the website and send me:

• Placement

• Any special requests

I’ll review everything and contact you through the chat if I need any additional information.

Can I ask for a price estimate before booking?

Yes. If you would like to know the estimated tattoo price before booking, please contact me through the website chat.

Send your tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, and reference images so I can give you a more accurate estimate.

You do not need to book first just to ask for a quotation.

How do I know if my appointment is confirmed?

Your appointment is officially confirmed once your booking and required payment have been successfully received.

A confirmation email containing your booking details will be sent to the email address used for your order.

Please check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folder.

If you are still unsure about your booking, contact me through the website chat and include your order number.

I booked an appointment but haven’t sent my tattoo details yet. What should I do?

No problem. Open the website chat and send your order number together with your tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, and reference images.

Please send your details as soon as possible so I have enough time to review and prepare for your appointment.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Your booking is not officially confirmed until the required booking payment has been successfully received.

The deposit will be deducted from your final tattoo price on the day of your appointment.

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable.

However, you may reschedule your appointment once if you provide the required notice.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. One reschedule is allowed with at least 3–5 days’ notice.

Late rescheduling, missing your appointment, or not showing up may result in your deposit being forfeited.

What happens if I am late?

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on the schedule that day.

Tattoo Pricing & Design

How much does a tattoo cost?

Tattoo prices depend on the size, placement, level of detail, color, and complexity of the design.

For an estimated price before booking, send your idea, placement, approximate size, and reference images through the website chat.

What is the minimum tattoo price?

Tattoo prices start from USD150$

Final pricing may vary depending on the design, placement, size, details, and complexity.

Can I bring my own tattoo idea or reference?

Yes. You can send your idea, inspiration, reference images, or even a rough sketch.

References will be used as inspiration to create a design that fits your body, concept, and my artistic style.

Can you create a custom tattoo design for me?

Yes. Custom tattoo designs are available and are created individually based on your concept, placement, size, references, and preferences.

If you are booking an appointment to be tattooed by me, send your idea through the website chat after booking.

If you only want the artwork and plan to be tattooed by another artist, you can purchase a Custom Design instead.

What is the difference between Booking a Tattoo and purchasing a Custom Design?

Booking a Tattoo is for clients who want to come to my studio and be tattooed by me.

Custom Design is for clients who want me to create a personalized tattoo design digitally, which they can take to their chosen tattoo artist anywhere in the world.

If you are unsure which option you need, contact me through the website chat before purchasing.

Can I request revisions to my design?

Yes. A limited number of revisions are included depending on your booking or Custom Design package.

Additional revisions beyond those included may require an extra fee.

Do you copy other tattoo artists’ designs?

No. I do not directly copy another artist’s work.

Reference images may be used for inspiration, but the final artwork will be created as an original design in my own style.

Custom Design

I’m not sure which Custom Design package to choose. What should I do?

If you are unsure which package fits your idea, you do not need to guess.

Contact me through the website chat before purchasing and send your concept, desired placement, approximate size, and reference images.

I can help recommend the most suitable Custom Design option for your idea.

How do I know what size my Custom Design should be?

You do not need to know the exact size before contacting me.

You can tell me the placement and give me an approximate idea such as small, palm-sized, forearm-sized, or an estimated measurement in centimeters.

Where do I send my information after purchasing a Custom Design?

After purchasing your Custom Design, please click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the website and send me your:

Studio & Appointment Day

Where is the studio located?

Villatatt is a private appointment-only tattoo studio in Bangkok, Thailand.

Full location details and arrival information will be provided to confirmed clients.

Can I bring someone with me?

You may bring maximum two female companion with you to your appointment.

As the studio is private and space is limited, please avoid bringing additional guests.

How should I prepare before my tattoo appointment?

Please get enough rest, eat a proper meal before your appointment, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol before your session.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed.

Do you provide tattoo aftercare?

Yes. After your appointment, you will receive aftercare instructions.

Waterproof second skin and aftercare ointment may also be provided for free when appropriate.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods will be shown during the checkout or booking process.

Please make sure your payment is completed successfully before considering your order or appointment confirmed.

When is my appointment officially confirmed?

Your appointment is officially confirmed after your booking information and required payment have been successfully received.

Digital Tattoo Designs
Can I purchase a tattoo design without booking a tattoo appointment?

Yes. Digital tattoo designs are available for clients worldwide.

You can purchase a ready-made design or order a Custom Design without visiting my studio in Bangkok.
You can then take the purchased design to your preferred local tattoo artist.

What will I receive when I purchase a digital tattoo design?

Depending on the product or package, you will receive high-resolution digital artwork and/or clean line work suitable for use as a tattoo reference.

Please check the individual product description for exactly what is included with your purchase.

Can I take the digital design to my own tattoo artist?

Yes.

You may provide the purchased design to your chosen tattoo artist for the purpose of tattooing the design on you.

You do not need to travel to Bangkok or be tattooed by Villatatt to purchase a digital design.

Can I resell or use the design commercially?

No. Standard tattoo design purchases are for personal tattoo use only.

You may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, upload for resale, or commercially use the artwork without permission.

Can my tattoo artist reuse or resell my digital design?

No.

Your tattoo artist may use the artwork as a reference to tattoo the purchased design on you, but the artwork itself may not be resold, redistributed, or reused commercially.

What should I do if I have a question after placing an order?

International Clients

Do you accept international clients?

Yes. International clients are very welcome.

You can purchase digital tattoo designs from anywhere in the world, or book an appointment with me if you are travelling to Bangkok.

Should I book before arriving in Bangkok?

Yes. I highly recommend booking in advance, especially if you have limited travel dates, as appointment availability may be limited.
